We are Tyler and Lisa. We live in Buffalo, NY. We have 3 rescue cats and variety of other animals that bring us lots of joy. We are working towards making this business our full time occupation but until then we make as much time for it as possible!
01. SUBMIT AN INQUIRY
The first step of this journey is to submit an inquiry form via the Contact Us page or Book Now buttons. We will review all of your information and will reach out to you in 24-48 hours, normally sooner! We will confirm that your date(s) are available and discuss the details needed to make your moment magical!
02. CONSULTATION
After gathering all the necessary information and answering any questions, we will confirm that you are ready to move forward. Once you have notified us that would like to book a date, we will send you a contract and an invoice for the retainer.
03. SIGN CONTRACT & PAY RETAINER
To book, we require a contract signature and retainer payment. Normally the retainer payment is 50% of the package, but we are happy to work with you to set something different to best fit your needs. Once all of that is complete, the journey commences!
04. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
We are here to help with any questions you may have. If you have multiple sessions i.e. engagement and wedding, we will reach out to schedule all of the sessions. We are also happy to assist with photo timeline preparation to ensure that you have adequate time to get all the shots you want on your big day! We are also happy to provide style guidance for your shoot! We are here every step of the way!
05. THE BIG DAY
We are so excited to work with you! We will reach out 24-48 hours in advance of your session or event to confirm coverage times, locations and details to ensure that everything is taken care of.
06. DELIVERY & TURN AROUND TIME
Previews and sneak peeks for all booking types are normally returned 3-5 days after.
For sessions, full galleries will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the shoot date.
For weddings and elopements, full galleries will be delivered 3 months after the shoot date.
FAQ
How far in advance should I inquire and book?
We recommend at least 6-8 weeks in advance for sessions and as soon as you know your date for weddings and elopements. Dates book up fast during peak season, May-November, so book early to ensure you get the date of your choosing!
Are travel expenses included in the packages?
Travel expenses are additional to any session, wedding or elopement package.
If the shoot location is over 50 miles roundtrip from our base location and still within driving distance, it will be calculated per mile. If airfare travel and/or lodging are to be accounted for that would also be calculated additionally and added to the chosen package cost.
If your destination is a bucket list location, we will offer a discount if travel expenses are paid for.
We want to include our pets into the photos, is that okay?
Pets are a major part of a family and will be treated as such. We are absolutely willing to include your pet(s) in your session. We even have designated pet photography packages just for these cases, but we can modify any package to include them.
How long does it take to receive the photos and how will those be delivered?
All shoots receive a sneak peak 3-5 days after the shoot.
For sessions: Full galleries are delivered no more than 4-6 weeks after the shoot date.
For weddings and elopements, full galleries are delivered no more than 3-4 months after the shoot date.
All photos will be delivered in a gallery. You can then download them to your own devices. You also have the opportunity to purchase printed photos and wall prints directly through the gallery site.
Is there anywhere you wouldn't shoot a session at?
Not really, but we do reserve the right to turn down booking requests should the booking location pose imminent risk to the photographers health or safety.
